民宿位置非常好，在古鎮裏最熱鬧的街巷之一，吃東西特別方便，右手就是羊雜湯，對面就是忻州拉麪和紅麪擦尖。走兩步就是財神廟，離豬蹄和碗託店也很近。 附近有兩個停車場，店家提供免費停車券。最近酒吧街的停車場施工，需要停到新寺街口停車場。都是步行可達到距離。 民宿裏是庭院式，公共空間很大，客房間有距離，房間自帶小庭院，所以隔音非常好，既不會受到古鎮外面的喧囂影響，也不會受到其他住店旅客影響。床品也很舒服，簾子遮光也很棒。早上太陽曬到床尾暖和又愜意。這是我這趟出遊睡的最好的一晚。 民宿其他物品一應俱全，店家提前準備了零食，水果，不限量免費礦泉水，泡澡浴鹽，身體乳護髮素，玫瑰花瓣，一次性泡澡袋，馬桶套等等。入住前會微信溝通需求，隨時解答疑問。 唯一需要改進的是浴缸花灑熱水出水量有點小，需要檢修一下，但是不影響泡澡體驗，因為可以用旁邊的淋浴噴頭放水，水温也足夠。庭院的木門開關有點異響，日曬雨淋也難以避免，維護起來確實比較困難。
