The hotel told me that they accepted my cancellation and would pay back about half of the payment but Trip shows that the hotel denied my request and I received no reimbursement.

Room is large and spacious, with heaters and warm blankets provided. Bathroom is shared but they are good for the price we pay. We had onsen bath every night and there were only few guests using them. The owners were very polite and helpful. Had a great stay at this place, enjoying the Ryokan bedroom and dining for the 2 nights we stayed.

The hotel is in a great location, near the Yamanakako Plain, only a 5-minute walk to the lake. It's very quiet, with a good environment, public bathrooms and hot springs, large rooms, rich breakfast with noodles and rice, and the boss is warm and nice. You can rent a bicycle nearby and ride around the lake. The places around are very beautiful and calm. The owners try very hard. They keep it clean and prepare delicious breakfasts. There is also a small onsen for residents. There is a shared toilet on the floor. You can wash yourself in it and take a steam bath. In terms of price-quality ratio 5 out of 5.
