設施有點老了，應該建成很多年了，整體感覺還不錯，房間很分散，所以不會吵，早餐比想象中要好，畢竟是在山裡。

説實話，很不想打出這個分，這個酒店在森林公園裡，四周風景還是可以的。但是不知道是平時人氣不旺，我們住的這棟樓，房間的環境衞生比較差，有一股沒人味道，你們懂得，床下還有死蟑螂，更糟糕的是晚上陸陸續續進人，隔音效果很差，加強某些客人素質差，非常吵，噪音很大，一直到12點後還能聽到從衞生間水管穿出來上下層的聲音。早餐更是糟糕，沒東西吃，就包子饅頭，還是冷的，油條硬的，其他紅薯和玉米意境沒有了，就喝了兩碗稀飯，半根油條。哦，對了，網絡不通，另外兩張床，床頭就一個插座，自帶充電寶！

小別墅依山而建，層層疊疊大概有二十多棟，在雁盪山景區裏面，天然森林氧吧，門口的免費停車場也很大（還有4個電車充電區）。
