Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

The location is very convenient, many restaurants are just nearby within 200-600m. Overall up to standard except the washroom hygiene that spread quite a weird smell and also the in room carpet's cleanliness not roo ideal. There's an outdoor pool that's nice though. I have to thanks the hotel for the room decoration for our anniversary and a complimentary breakfast.

lighting in the carpark is not enough or under lighting. traffic sign on the ground at the ground floor level near the entrance to the carpark has faded away leading vehicles driving the wrong way. gym too small. male restroom in the gym not attended up to a five star hotel standard. there is only one towel bowl and with no toilet paper. the swimming pool is closed.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

It was truly an unforgettable experience. The room were tidy and clean, the staff here is very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide me with warm warm service. special thanks to Donna, really helpul and nice. The kid's play park was very funny. The breakfast was delious. We will come again.

The hotel is located along a busy road and isn't far from the Zhuhai Railway Station, so calling a Didi taxi is pretty convenient with low wait times. The staff were helpful as well and helped me open my room door when I had troubles with turning the door handle. One of the tables wasn't properly wiped down when I checked in and it looked like there was a gap in the washroom ceiling due to it not being long enough to connect to the adjacent wall, but aside from that everything about the room was satisfactory for the price that I paid.
