Not enough time to charge the power bank too. My booking said I got an upgrade to Deluxe and got room 732. There’s a deposit for key and room damage. Great staff. WiFi almost didn’t work. Informed Front Desk and he called 2 staff to assist. They stood with me in front of my room. The WiFi worked in their phone but still didn’t work on my phones and iPad. It was late so I said thanks and went to Lobby to use the WiFi. No time to wait for them to help further. I love the location. 30 Baht from Suvarnabhumi by Airport Rail Link. Taxi is about 400 Baht.

Service Thailand indeed is a country of smile. Super friendly and welcoming staffs, service was quick and on point. Hotel room We booked a deluxe which is comfy and space sufficient. Clean and on high floor, city view. Well maintained and pretty new as you could tell. Breakfast A lot of varieties, well setup and balanced, they also offer some Japanese food as well. Love their mix juices for morning booster, detox, etc. Overall, a very good experience with this hotel. Definitely will choose it again next time we go to Bangkok and excellent location connected to BTS Phayathai where it takes you to many hot spots already.

Arrived at Don Mueang Airport late at night. After crossing a footbridge, I took a motorbike to my hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was both healthy and delicious. There’s an airport drop-off service available at reception, but it’s best to book early to ensure availability. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had an extremely bad experience with this hotel. The phone wasn't working in my room due to which I could not book on time for second night. Then I booked second room (it was expensive but I was sick and didn't want to move) there was some weird noises coming from the water tap, I called the service but no help, once I called for hair dryer and they didn't even send me, second time they sent me after an hour lol. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because the service is extremely poor.

This is a hotel that loves to show off about its facilities like a swimming pool and a gym but it fails to get the basics right. There are no sockets next to the bed so you can't charge you phone or computer which relaxing in bed. The part of the room where the kettle and tea are doesn't have socket either (please see photo) so I had to move the kettle to next to the TV to boil water. The wifi was unaccessable. I rang the reception - no resposnse. I had to go all the way downstairs to get assistance with this. When I mentioned that nobody answered the phone all the could say is 'we're busy' - no apology. Finally I paid for the shuttle bus. A receipt was not even provided so I was concerned whther they would even remember that I had paid for it. These may all seem like small things but together they add up to a very unfulfilling experience. Unless you are really desperate for a cheap hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying here.s

The trip was fun. We booked a hotel room and a resort apartment room with a swimming pool. The hotel room was clean, and so was the apartment room. The apartment had a kitchen, and each room had a bathroom. Lovely view, too.

Spacious room, with nice cityview. Has a fridge, a microwave, and a full bath tub! TV programs also features Now+ entertainment channels, HBO movie, BBC, Bloomberg news etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for winter maintenance and I didnt get to check out the Gym during the visit. Connected directly with the Shopping Mall with stairs taken to second level of the Mall without having to go outside. Extremely convenient and love it! The Supermarket on the 3rd level is huge and has everything needed. Can walk easily to the Shopping Mall (2 buildings) and the outdoor leisure Square and Park. Bus stops are also steps away for going to city center and Airport (A37 bus). Overall I had a very pleasant stay there and will definitely return again !

Location: About 5 mins walk from the nearest metro entrance, but the problem is that Shinjuku station is too huge, which took us ages and lots of walking within the station itself before we can find the right entrance that is closest to the hotel. However the best thing about this hotel is that it’s one of the stops for the Airport Limousine Bus! Saved us the trouble of dragging our huge luggages of shopping to go to the airport Room & Facilities: Average. Hotel rooms were a little dated, but otherwise clean and convenient. Oh but they have a cool luggage storage system at the lobby for those who need it Service: Great. They provide bottled water everyday, even though tap water in Japan is safe for consumption Cleanliness: Great Overall good value for money if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Tokyo

Great location & never short of food options. If you are lazy to travel around and just want to chill on a holiday, this is the perfect hotel for you. Hotel staff at check in is decent but nothing more, just basic and doing their job. Surprisingly very good, one of the best hotels we stayed during our month long holiday in China. Clean and quiet room, the room is huge, not sure if we were given the upgrade or the same room we booked. It will be nice if they can provide coffee sachets in the room since there are tea and refreshment provided. The tumble dryer in the laundry room should be serviced as my 3 pair of jeans were still damp after 2 hours in the machine

The hotel was huge, we were on the 67th floor and had a view to die for. At first, it seemed a bit inconvenient to go from one elevator, ground Fl to 41st fl only to walk around the corner to take the higher level elevators to the 67th fl. We very soon adjusted to it though. The connecting malls were very convenient and massive with lots of choices of food. Then there’s the local street walking outside that was filled with small local restaurants too, mostly non-English speaking though. We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s for 5 nights. Will definitely return in future.

Got the family suite which is basically 2 rooms with a connecting door. Good value for money as it is one of the bigger rooms at this price point in Hong Kong. After staying in a couple of hotels this year in Asia, I would say Cozi Hotel Harbourview falls short in with the furnishing. The rooms feel dated and in need of some upgrades. The amenities provided are also very basic, just toothbrushes. The mattress were also very hard and the pillows are too soft. However the staffs I encountered made up for it. The front desk staffs were friendly and I must give credit to the housekeeping team which did a great job at cleaning the room. The location of the hotel can be a bit inconvenient, having to walk 5-8 mins to the busier bus/MTR station and there is a lack of eateries around. If you want a bigger room and will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel and wouldn’t mind a dated furnishing, Hotel Cozi Harbourview is alright!
