We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

This place is very suitable for bringing babies to play, the kind that can be played for two days. The food in the hotel and the hot spring center is OK, the hotel's is fresher and better. There is also a lady in the hotel named Xiaoxiao, who is super considerate. Because we are bringing an 11-month-old baby and an 8-year-old baby to play, the room arranged for us is on the sunny side, just in time to see the fireworks show of Happy Valley at night, and the lady considerately merged the beds and made patchwork treatments. Mineral water is also supplied every day. On the day of check-out, she considerately delayed our check-out for the convenience of the baby to rest. The experience is very good, recommended~

Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

The restaurant tastes very good and the breakfast is quite rich. You can also go up the mountain to the castle to overlook the reservoir.
