Terms of Use

This section outlines the terms that govern the relationship between you and UiPath, depending on the software products or services you are using. Please take a moment to read through the terms to ensure that you have a complete understanding of the principles guiding your relationship with UiPath. Note that UiPath products licensed for a fee are subject to the UiPath Master Software and Services Agreement (or similar designation) entered into between UiPath and the customer.

General Terms of Use
Our websites at uipath.com , forum.uipath.com and all others registered under UiPath’s domain are subject to the General Terms of Use available here.

Community Agreement
Our Community Edition technology is subject to the Community Agreement available here.

Evaluation Agreement
Our licenses expressly designated as “trial”, Automation Express, NFR (not for resale), Demo Scalability Framework (DSF), Immersion Lab and any preview licenses are governed by the Master Evaluation Agreement.

Development & Marketplace
UiPath’s Marketplace is a place where creative minds meet to develop innovative components.
Marketplace Agreement
The latest version of the UiPath Marketplace Agreement effective starting with September 9th 2022 is available here. The General Terms of Use do not apply to your use of the UiPath Marketplace.

Marketplace Partner Agreement

Customer / Partner Policies and Terms

As a customer or partner of UiPath, your license agreement is supplemented by the policies set out below. While we may update them from time to time, we will not make changes to the liability agreed in the applicable license agreement.

Other Integrations
Google API Services
UiPath’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, to any other app, will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
