Adam Duritz

Known for his signature dreadlocks and soulful songwriting, the lead singer of Counting Crows was born on August 1, 1964 in Baltimore, Md.

After forming the rock band with guitarist Dave Bryson in 1991, the group has expanded to include other musical talents. The band’s hit albums—including their 1993 debut August and Everything After and their recent 2008 album Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings—have touched the minds and hearts of fans everywhere.

Although Duritz is currently single, he has been linked to many leading ladies, including Jennifer Aniston whom he dated in the 1990s.
