Christie Brinkley
Christie Brinkley is a model who has appeared on three consecutive covers of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues from 1979 to 1981. She was the face of CoverGirl for 25 years and has also appeared in Glamour, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Cosmopolitan.
Brinkley’s first acting role was as the Girl in the Red Ferrari in 1983’s National Lampoon’s Vacation with Chevy Chase. She reprised the role in the 1997 sequel Vegas Vacation. The model made her Broadway debut in 2010 as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Brinkley also appeared on The Goldbergs and Mad About You before competing on season 7 of The Masked Singer in 2022.
Brinkley was previously married to artist François Allaux from 1973 to 1981. Her second marriage was to musician Billy Joel from 1985 to 1994. The exes share daughter Alexa Ray. Brinkley married real estate developer Richard Taubman in 1994, welcoming son Jack Paris one year later before calling it quits. Brinkley’s fourth marriage was to architect Peter Cook in 1996. They welcomed daughter Sailor in 1998, later separating in 2006 and finalizing their divorce in 2008. Brinkley dated musician John Mellencamp from 2015 to 2016.
