Sarah Paulson
Sarah Paulson was born on December 17th, 1974 in Tampa, Florida, where she lived until aged five, when she moved to Maine, then New York, with her mother and sister.
Paulson scored her first acting roles after graduating high school, making her Broadway debut in The Sisters Rosensweig in 1994. She also landed a role on Law & Order that year. Paulson went on to feature in several TV shows, including American Gothic, Jack & Jill, and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Deadwood, and Nip/Tuck. The actress received accolades for her performance in 2012 film Game Change, earning her Emmy and Golden Globes nominations.
The native first gained mainstream buzz for her role as Lana Winters in American Horror Story: Asylum. From there, she played notable roles in American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, Ocean’s 8, and Bird Box. Paulson formerly dated actress Cherry Jones and was once engaged to playwright Tracy Letts. She has been dating actress Holland Taylor since 2015.
