Arrow is a popular superhero drama that originally aired on The CW from 2012 to 2020, kicking off the network’s Arrowverse of interconnected superhero shows. The series follows Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), a billionaire playboy who becomes the vigilante Green Arrow after surviving a shipwreck on a mysterious island. Returning to Star City, Oliver uses his archery skills and newfound abilities to fight crime and uncover dark secrets about his city’s corrupt elite.
The DC Comics adaptation blends action-packed fight scenes, intense drama, and compelling character arcs, with Oliver’s struggle to balance his life as a hero and a man with a complicated past.
