We’ve been rounding up the latest cases and accessories for the new 4-inch iPhone SE and 9.7-inch iPad Pro since they were unveiled last week, and today both Zagg and Pad & Quill have shared their lineup of accessories for the new hardware hitting stores this Thursday. Zagg is offering a selection of screen protectors for the iPhone SE and iPad Pro plus a lineup of keyboard cases for the new iPad as well; Pad & Quill has a collection of well-crafted protective cases for both the iPhone SE and new iPad Pro.
Popular accessory maker Zagg today announced that it has acquired Mophie, another accessory maker best known for its iPhone battery cases and power accessories. The deal will see Zagg purchase Mophie for $100 million. Mophie CEO Daniel Huang and COO Shawn Dougherty will continue their current respective roles and will report to Zagg CEO Randy Hales.
There aren’t many iPad Pro-specific keyboards out there — Apple’s $170 Smart Keyboard and Logitech’s $150 Create (reviewed here) are the first two, if you can find them, with at least a few others announced and on their way to stores. Following Logitech’s announcement of its CREATE keyboard case for iPad Pro, Zagg today has taken the wraps off of its full line of keyboard accessories for the iPad Pro and iPad mini 4.
