Anyone looking to score a new Nintendo Switch this holiday season is going to want to take note of this upcoming Black Friday deal. Nintendo has already unleashed the details on its official upcoming Black Friday sale, including prices on Switch games, select hardware, and more, but there is an upcoming deal on the OLED Switch Mario Kart holiday bundle that needs to be on your radar. While there will be several retailers, from Best Buy and Amazon to Walmart, and more, serving up deals on Switch consoles over the next two weeks, at this point Target has them all beat with as much as $155 in savings on the way.
Best Nintendo Switch console Black Friday deals
We have been scouring the interwebs for details on the upcoming Black Friday prices, delivering leaked ad scans of the sales kicking off next week (and those that have already gone live), but Target is advertising a price on the new 2024 Nintendo holiday bundles that, at this point, is the best price we have seen yet.
Deals start on November 24
Mark your calendars folks, starting at Sunday November 24, Target is advertising the new Nintendo Switch OLED Model: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle down at $274.99 shipped and the standard Switch holiday bundle at $224.99 shipped. Regularly $350 and $300, respectively, these are straight up $75 price drops that, in combination with the FREE game (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe) and the 12-in month individual Switch Online membership they come with, deliver as much as $155 in savings. That’s a seriously notable deal on a console that has had less than generous price drops over the last couple years.
Both of these Nintendo Switch Black Friday console bundles are already up for sale after being announced months ago, but they will cost you $300 and $350 as of right now. That’s, again, already $80 in savings, but if you can manage to secure one as soon as they go on sale come November 24, you’ll be landing one of the best deals we have tracked in years on Nintendo Switch.
***Note: These deals start on November 24, 2024.
- Nintendo Switch with red/blue Joy-Con $225 (Up to $155 in savings)
- Plus Mario Kart 8 and 12-month Switch Online membership
- Nintendo Switch – OLED Model with white Joy-Con $275 (Up to $80 in savings)
- Plus Mario Kart 8 and 12-month Switch Online membership
We very much expect retailers like Walmart and potentially even Best Buy and Amazon to price match on these bundle deals come Sunday, but we don’t know for sure at this point.
It is also worth reminding folks that while the official Black Friday eShop sale is now scheduled to go live on November 19, the rest of the official Nintendo hardware and physical game deals will be going live on Sunday, November 24 – the same day these discounted holiday bundles are set to go live.
