Service not starting and failing with EXEC 203 - RHEL 7

We tried to register our Zookeeper and Kafka as services and tried to start them automatically but the services are not starting. The commands are working manually but not when we try to register as services.

The file system configuration is attached.

We tried on /app, and /home as well but the service is not starting.

When we tried in a personal computer on the root path '/' services are starting.

Please help
