Community Builders Award at AUS! ADEAREST and TIG Holding had the privilege of attending the AUS Corporate Appreciation Event held on Thursday, December 12, at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) campus.   This event celebrated the significant impact achieved through collaborations with esteemed partners from the corporate community this year. This year, ADEAREST is proudly celebrating 55 years of delivering cutting-edge industrial refrigeration solutions—an incredible journey built on innovation, dedication, and teamwork.   We recently held a special anniversary event under the stars to mark this monumental milestone. The evening featured award ceremonies honouring our exceptional employees, milestone service recognition, and fun-filled activities that created unforgettable memories. From eating ice lollies and decorating snowflakes to posing for polaroids and winning exciting prizes, we had a blast with our fellow employees and their families. ❄️ Let’s take a look at some specialized cooling cells in one of the largest automated pack-houses in the world! 🍓 In our last post, we highlighted the advanced refrigeration system that ADEAREST proudly designed and commissioned for this milestone project. The system rapidly reduces the temperature of fresh fruits and vegetables, preserving nutritional value and ensuring optimal quality. 🌡️ The facility features 32 specialized cooling cells: 24 for vegetables and 8 for berries. Take a glimpse at our advanced refrigeration system installed in one of the largest automated packhouses in the world! This system rapidly reduces the temperature of fresh fruits and vegetables, preserving nutritional value and ensuring optimal quality. The ADEAREST team proudly designed and commissioned the system, while our sister company Polar Specialized Industries - PSI manufactured the skid and other components. The set-up features a powerful screw compressor rack and a state-of-the-art shell and tube heat exchanger. This allows the system to efficiently cool glycol and circulate it through the blast chiller rooms. With 32 specialized cooling cells, this system is engineered to rapidly bring down the temperature of the produce from +30°C to +4°C, cooling 4,000 kg of berries in 60 minutes and 12,000 kg of vegetables in 90 minutes.
