On November 14, 2024, the ADGM’s FSRA hosted its annual outreach session on AML, CFT, and TFS. The session was tailored specifically for ADGM’s Relevant Persons (FIs, VASPs, DNFBPs), featured expert insights from the NAMLCFTC, the UAEFIU, and the EOCN. Key topics included AML/CFT obligations, outcome of our analysis of the annual AML Return submission for 2023, the UAE's National Strategy 2024-2027, insights into Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML), updates on the goAML reporting system, the National Risk Assessment (NRA) and TFS obligations. Additionally, the discussion touched on the risks and transparency of legal entities along with other emerging challenges in financial compliance. We extend our deepest gratitude to the esteemed speakers and all attendees for their invaluable contributions. Their insights and active participation significantly enriched the discussion, fostering enhanced collaboration and strengthening compliance practices within the financial community.

The ADGM Registration Authority (RA) wishes to highlight to the ADGM community that ADGM Registered Auditors are eligible to carry out financial audits of ADGM Licensed Persons under Federal Corporate Tax law.

Today we announced Partanna Oasis, our subsidiary in the UAE, has signed the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Declaration (ADSFD), run by ADGM. Signing the declaration shows our commitment to supporting the UAE’s drive to create a #greeneconomy as we establish and grow operations from Abu Dhabi. We join a growing network of globally renowned financial companies, government institutions and climate technology organizations committed to furthering the UAE’s sustainability footprint and ensuring the longevity of the emirates’ economy.
