ADNOC is pleased to announce the signing of a 15-year Sales and Purchase Agreement with Osaka Gas, securing up to 0.8 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of lower-carbon LNG from our Ruwais LNG project. This agreement strengthens our long-standing energy partnership with Japan and supports ADNOC’s strategy to deliver sustainable energy solutions worldwide.   Ruwais LNG, set to commence operations in 2028, will be one of the lowest-carbon intensity LNG plants globally, powered by clean energy and advanced AI-driven technology. With up to 8 mtpa of its 9.6 mtpa capacity already committed across Asia and Europe, the project underscores ADNOC’s commitment to energy security and sustainability.   Upon completion, ADNOC Gas is expected to acquire ADNOC’s share in the Ruwais LNG project at cost, reinforcing its position as a key player in the global LNG market and accelerating its long-term growth strategy. ADNOC Gas has signed a 14-year sales and purchase agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) for the export of up to 1.2 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to India’s largest integrated and diversified energy company which will be supplied from Das Island liquefaction facility.   The agreement, valued in the range of $7 billion to $9 billion over its 14-year term, signifies a major step forward in the partnership with IOCL and we look forward to supporting India’s plans to make gas 15% of its primary energy basket by 2030. Today, we announced our record earnings for the full year 2024 of $5 billion, and our highest quarterly income of $1.38 billion since the IPO, significantly ahead of the Bloomberg consensus for both periods.   We also confirm our dividend of $3.412 billion for the financial year 2024.
