𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin/HR Assistant at AE7 in Kochi. The role involves daily tasks such as providing administrative assistance, managing office operations, supporting HR functions and ensuring efficient communication within the team. The candidate will also be responsible for customer service, basic accounting tasks and office administration duties. If you have experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial risk management, we want to hear from you!   𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with forecasts. • Generate and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with client agreements. • Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices. • Address any client inquiries related to project forecasts and invoicing promptly. • Prepare regular reports on project forecasts • Monitor project progress and adjust forecasts as necessary. • Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against timelines. • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.    𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field. • Proven experience in project control or financial management, preferably within the architecture or construction industry. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: • Familiarity with architectural design processes and terminology. • Experience with risk assessment and management. • Knowledge of contract management and negotiation. AE7 were honored to attend Union Properties’ groundbreaking ceremony on December 20th for the “Takaya” development in MotorCity, Dubai. Spanning 436,175 sq. ft. of land with a roadside elevation of 560 meters and overlooking the Dubai Autodrome, the mixed-use development will feature three residential towers, housing 788 luxury units. These will include studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, townhouses, and villas. In addition, the development will include a 500-metre-long shopping boulevard to cater to the varying needs of residents.
