Role Overview: We seek an experienced Senior Software and Web Developer with strong SEO expertise. The ideal candidate should be a full-stack developer capable of developing complex websites beyond CMS platforms like WordPress, with extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and Google services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications. • Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility. • Perform website audits and technical SEO improvements. • Manage all Google setups, including Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure web content is optimized for SEO. • Develop and manage e-commerce platforms. • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and SEO. Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development and SEO. • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and Python. • Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Expertise in developing and optimizing e-commerce platforms. • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console. • Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB). • Ability to work with RESTful APIs. • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization. Preferred Software Proficiency: • Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text. • Google Search Console, Analytics, and Ads. • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz. • WordPress (Advanced Custom Development), Shopify. • GitHub, Bitbucket. • Webflow, Wix (optional but preferred). The candidate must possess advanced skills in multimedia content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative content strategies across all social media platforms. • Produce high-quality video content, graphics, and CGI designs. • Write compelling scripts and copy for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns. • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns. • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency. Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and social media management. • Proven experience with CGI design, video production, and editing. • Graphic design expertise (including experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). • Proficient in script writing, storytelling, and copywriting. • Strong experience with paid ads across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). • Familiarity with analytics tools and social media trends. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred Software Proficiency: • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Final Cut Pro. • Blender or Cinema 4D (for CGI design). • Canva. • Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. • Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools.
