We are excited to showcase our involvement in the Dubai Marina Development, a landmark project delivered by Emaar Properties. As the landscape contractor, we played a crucial role in bringing this vibrant outdoor space to life. Our scope of work included the execution of both hard landscape and soft landscape elements, along with an automatic irrigation system to ensure the health of the lush greenery. We also installed landscape lighting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings, as well as street furniture to provide comfort and convenience for visitors. Additionally, we constructed raised planters, adding depth and structure to the landscape design. The project features play equipment that adds both enjoyment and functionality for visitors of all ages. With over 500 trees planted, 10,000 sqm of shrubs and ground covers, 7,500 sqm of lawn areas, 20,000 sqm of pavements, and 2,000 meters of amphitheatre seating, visitors can enjoy stunning views of the marina. We’re excited to announce the completion of the Port De La Mer project! 🌟 With a value of Dh70 million in Dubai, UAE. The project is a part of the 9.5 million sq ft comprehensive development across Dubai’s beachfront district of Jumeirah, which aims to enhance the social and economic capabilities of Dubai as a region and set new global benchmarks for beachfront developments. Over 1,000 trees, 40,000 shrubs, and 1,500 lights have brought this beachfront project to life. We’ve integrated granite and porcelain tiles, play equipment, shade structures, The landscape features diverse plantings, a full irrigation system, and a range of MEP lighting solutions. Our project also includes wooden and precast benches, bollards, pots, and 8 stunning water features.
