We are Azraq and we have a boundless love for our oceans and all their aquatic inhabitants 🐠 We take pride in being named after the Arabic word for "Blue," as it perfectly defines the marine environment that we serve to conserve and protect 💙 But we're not your average marine conservation organisation. We bring the beauty and importance of marine conservation to your screens, and make it feasible for everyone to make a change! We believe that education is key, so we use our page to keep you informed on all things marine conservation. But we don't just stop at education! We also want to motivate you to take action and make a difference. Whether it's participating in a beach cleanup or supporting marine conservation organizations like ours, we'll show you how small actions can lead to big changes. And if you're feeling really adventurous, we'll activate you with a range of activities on, in, and around the ocean. Barefoot stride with Love: “For Health and the Oceans” This Valentine's Day, join me for a 115km solo barefoot journey from the Oman-Dubai border at Hatta to Dubai's Mushrif Park. This run is dedicated to promoting personal health as well as to support marine conservation efforts with Azraq.
