Founded by executive coach Silvia Bottini in July 2017, bCoached offers tailored Executive and Team Coaching programs aimed at strengthening the leadership skills of senior executives and managers as well as enhancing their teams' performance. EXECUTIVE COACHING Our Executive Coaching focuses on increasing three main competencies: Leadership Awareness, Leadership Impact and Leadership Performance. It is a very practical process that prompts each and every client, regardless of their starting point, to set inspiring, achievable and measurable goals to move toward the results they want to produce for themselves, their teams and organization. At bCoached we believe that implementing a systematic approach for the development of executives and understanding how to create the conditions for their development into effective leaders is essential for success across organizations. We strongly believe in the adoption of psychometric assessments to measure the personality not only of executive operating within the organization, but also of those that may be selected. We make extensive use of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series and consult organizations on the selections and development of those executives whose score demonstrate both strong leadership skills and a high fit with the culture of the organization. TEAM COACHING Our Team Coaching focuses on helping a newly formed or existing team find the much needed space to reflect on their collective processes, level of trust and engagement in order to perform their task efficiently. Helping a team to reflect and think beyond what is evident on the surface is at the center of the work done by our team coaches. A team who is encouraged to reflect on improving their work dynamics can bring about higher performance, creativity and innovation.

Robert Kegan, a renowned developmental psychologist, introduced a powerful framework to understand the evolution of our thinking and #leadership through three key stages: 1️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 In this stage, we are shaped by societal norms, external expectations, and authority figures.
