Position: PLC Programmer/Engineer The position is based in the UAE, with the requirement for international travel. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in PLC programming and industrial automation, with a passion for developing efficient and robust control systems. Key responsibilities are: · Develop and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems. ·  Design control strategies and algorithms to optimize system performance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other hardware and software components. · Conduct thorough testing of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing or operation. · Assist in the installation, commissioning, and start-up of PLC systems on-site. Ensure that systems are properly configured and calibrated to meet performance requirements. · Provide training to operators, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of PLC systems. Requirements: ·  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. ·  At least two (2) years working experience in: •  CoDeSys and Opto22 Groov Epic. •  JMobile Studio is a plus •  Ladder logic and function block diagram experience is a plus. · Proficient in PLC programming languages, structured text is a must. · Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment · Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders · Knowledge level : •  Strong in PLC hardware platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric) •  Strong in Industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) •  Basic OPCUA protocol is an advantage •  Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and software development tools.
