Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a talented and innovative Game Designer to assist in our client projects. Job Description: As a Game Designer at CLV Technologies, you will be responsible for designing engaging and interactive games for our clients. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and development team to bring client concepts to life while ensuring that all projects align with our company’s standards and our clients' expectations. Responsibilities: Understand the Client's requirements and details. Develop and design compelling game mechanics, characters, and storylines. Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) and flowcharts to outline game concepts and execution plans. Design balanced and innovative web 2.0 and web 3.0 game economies. Utilize knowledge of Metaverse games, blockchain technology, and NFTs to enhance game designs. Craft intuitive UI/UX flows and ensure a seamless player experience. Employ Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop game visuals and interfaces. Conduct thorough research and referencing. Collaborate with team members across different departments to ensure the quality and consistency of game designs. Report directly to the Product Manager. Requirements: Basic knowledge of game design principles. Proven experience and understanding of Metaverse games, blockchain, and NFTs. Strong skills in designing both web 2.0 and web 3.0 game economies. Proficient in creating detailed Game Design Documents and flow charts. Familiarity with UI/UX design flows and best practices. Skilled in using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Highly skilled in research and referencing, with an ability to stay updated on the latest gaming trends and technologies.
