Motif Interiors embraces retro-futurism in its newest workplace project. The design of the 11,000 square foot office in DMCC Uptown Tower emphasises a calm, ergonomic environment with bright accented elements. “The design concept centres around creating a timeless and ergonomic workspace. Key design elements include a clean, structured layout, natural textures, and neutral tones that create a calm atmosphere,” explains Rita Estephan, COO at Motif Interiors. “The introduction of retro-futuristic elements, such as rounded walls and curvilinear glass partitions, adds a dynamic and memorable touch to the space,” Motif said. A first look inside Sunshine Bay, Al Marjan Island, with an exclusive interview from Massimo Mercurio from Mercurio Design Lab Srl and Majid Jack Hsiung from Source of Fate Properties.
