🤔 It would be extremely illustrative and useful if all the work behind Cysuite Group could be summarized in an image like the one below.
Data organized, clear and concise.
Perfect for stakeholders, clients or curious people.
But that's just metrics.
The truth is that this year has been a real roller coaster of ups, downs, curves and juggling - hard to put down in only one nice slide.
At first glance, in 2024, Cysuite Group has achieved objectives that we had planned for the next 3 years.
Personally, it is a great pride, but if we scratch the surface, we find everything that is truly incredible:
🚀 We have learnt to identify those relationships and activities that took up our mental and physical time, and gave us very little development in return (we failed quickly)
🚀 We have widely diversified the company, showing us that even if we tend to specialize, flexibility allows you to take advantage of opportunities on the fly that you would not have looked for a priori (we have gone against stereotypes)
🚀 We have created high quality partnerships (business has transformed into friendship)
🚀 We have traveled to the other side of the world to learn about other realities and needs of our clients (we have left our comfort zone)
🚀 We have helped clients on 3 continents (we have expanded physical borders, to realize that, in many cases, they are only mental).
And other things, not so incredible, but that have helped us learn a lot:
👉 We were denied the visa for new employees in the format we needed
👉 After many months of work, we decided to stop developing a product that helped our clients, due to the lack of a financially sustainable use case over time
👉 The incorrect delegation of tax tasks cost us dearly (fine for late VAT filing)
In summary, there's a word that defines my 2024:
Gratitude. Once you practice it, your whole perspective changes.
Truly looking forward to 2025 and the plans we have.
