Our design and build project, Stellaire Curated Jewels, at City Walk was awarded the Highly Commended Award for Interior Design – Public Space at the identity Magazine Awards last Friday. Stellaire is a luxury jewellery retail space designed with wabi-sabi minimalism in mind, creating a subtle yet elegant backdrop that lets the jewellery shine. Coralis Lumina is an innovative art installation that transforms reusable plastics into a striking tribute to coral reefs. With varying heights and organic forms, it creates a captivating environment illuminated from below, inviting visitors to engage with the interplay of light and shadow. This installation at Dubai Design Week underscores Designsmith’s commitment to sustainability, highlighting the fragility of coral reefs and their crucial role in biodiversity. Crafted entirely from discarded plastics through 3D printing, Coralis Lumina serves as a call to action for better environmental practices, showcasing how repurposed materials can inspire change. Introducing our new project: a sleek 10,000 sq. ft. office space for one of Dubai’s leading commercial real estate companies, Magnum Opus, at Vision Tower.    With precision and seamless coordination, we’re building a space that aligns perfectly with our partner’s vision.    Teaming up with BSH Walls and Floors for carpet flooring, Ciao Ceramics: The World of Slabs for tiles, and FlorenStyle for furniture, ensuring the highest quality across the board.   Location: Business Bay, Dubai.

Craftsmanship in action! Behind every project is our dedicated, highly trained team, turning raw materials into refined creations. Our 200,000 sq. ft. factory in Al Quoz, features state-of-the-art joinery facilities led by skilled craftsmen. With all furniture, metal, and marble works produced in-house, we ensure each concept is brought to life with precision and care. #craftsmanship

Excited to share that one of our build projects has earned a spot on the shortlist for Dubai’s Top 50 Homes by PRIME by Betterhomes. This space combines modernity, and opulence with high-end materials like panda white marble and striking wallpaper. The project features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, enhanced by a skylight and landscaping at the entrance. Introducing Stellaire, our latest design and build project at City Walk! Drawing inspiration from wabi-sabi minimalism, this jewellery retail space is designed to let its curated gems truly shine. The space features textured walls, polished travertine, and bronze accents, reflecting the journey of each piece from raw stone to refined masterpiece. The walls gracefully shift with an undulating flow, capturing the transition from raw to polished. Lighting takes a back seat, keeping all eyes on the jewellery—except for one bold centerpiece, a pendant light that mimics shimmering diamonds. We’re thrilled to have brought this elegant retail experience to life! #newproject
