We are still celebrating our team after the annual kick-off! These two had an incredibly successful 2024 at Discovered... Caoimhe Moore has been with us for just 4 months but has already made a huge impact! It was only right she was awarded Best Newcomer - 247% above target and fitting into the team like she's been here for years! (We still don't know how she manages to be so above target and still do 3 hours of Hyrox training daily!). Duane Wilson-Clarke scooped up Top Biller of 2024. Entering the Discovered Hall of Fame for the best-ever month, quarter and 6 months! (Seriously, Duane... leave something for the rest of us 🥲). Our Player of the Month for December... Huge congrats to Ana-Denisa Irimescu 💪 Denisa seriously put in the hours over the holidays to deliver for an AI client in Abu Dhabi and it paid off! New Year, New Teammate Meet Bethany Hitchmough 👋 Beth is our new Senior Talent Partner working alongside Harry Silvester's team on the Creative desk. Beth is an experienced consultant with 6 years of experience in the UK, Amsterdam, New York and UAE markets. Specialising in creative and design for both the advertising industry and in-house brands, she is an expert in placing designers and creatives from all backgrounds. Something you may not know about Beth, she was once a Welsh champion figure skater and came 2nd in the British championships.
