Job REF: 2024ARCHI08 Job post: Interior Fit-Out Architect Duties and Responsibilities: o Produce original concepts for different kinds of interior design projects. o Translates concept drawing into detailed/comprehensive drawing. o Develop drawing details & shop drawings based on client’s requirement, tender drawings technical specifications. o Consults with other professionals about the design of the environment. o Prepares information regarding design, structure specification, materials, color, estimated costs and construction time. o Prepares architectural presentation of the projects using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop. o Lead the team for extensive drafting work and production. o Prepares and presents design proposals to the client. o Prepares selection of material and FF& E mock-up boards for client approval. o Prepares submittal drawings for Government and other Authorities for approval. o Attends coordination meetings with the client and other professionals to discuss matters or o issues for the development of the project. o Kept design within financial budget and deadlines. o Resolve problems and issues that occurred during construction. o Checking of Subcontractor’s shop drawings before implementation. o Site supervision and monitoring of work to assured the quality of the finishing of the Building/unit. Skills required: o Advance knowledge in AutoCAD and competent in other software like o Sketch Up & Revit Architecture o Proficient with MS Office Applications o Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop o Space Planning / Designing & Coordination o Construction Project Management o Fit Out experience required. o Commercial experiences an advantage. o English proficiency o Must be able to communicate diplomatically with consultants and sub-contractors. o Must be a strong team player and self-motivated.
