Los hoteles de Barcelo Hotel Group en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos acogen una nueva edición del Barceló PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) y del Comité Regional Mediterráneo, Oriente Medio y Asia Pacífico.   Del 11 al 14 de noviembre, Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, Barceló Al Jaddaf, Occidental Sharjah Grand y Barceló Residences Dubai Marina, los 4 hoteles de Barcelo Hotel Group en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, acogen y organizan la última edición del Programa de Desarrollo Directivo y las reuniones del Comité Regional MED, ME y APAC.   Todos los directores de área y directores generales asistieron a un curso de formación de 2 días sobre comunicación eficaz. Las sesiones se beneficiaron de oportunidades de networking y actividades de formación de equipos para fomentar la colaboración entre colaboradores y entablar conversaciones eficientes con huéspedes, miembros del equipo y compañeros.   El 13 y 14 de noviembre tuvo lugar el Comité Regional MED, ME y Asia Pacífico. José Canals, Chief Operating Officer, de las regiones mencionadas, dirigió las reuniones del Comité, que se centraron en el desempeño y la situación financiera de los hoteles, presentación del presupuesto 2025, las estrategias de ventas y marketing y en discutir las nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo en las regiones.   Todos los asistentes disfrutaron de 4 días de hospitalidad emiratí y tuvieron la oportunidad de descubrir el recién renovado Barceló Al Jaddaf que recientemente inauguró el B-Heaven Urban Beach Club, apreciaron la lujosa bienvenida en Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, valoraron la organización y la gastronomía en Occidental Sharjah Grand y visitaron Barceló Residences Dubai Marina en una inspección exclusiva. The Barcelo Hotel Group hotels in the UAE host a new edition of the Barceló PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) and the Regional Committee Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia Pacific. From 11th to 14th November, Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, Barceló Al Jaddaf, Occidental Sharjah Grand and Barceló Residences Dubai Marina, the 4 Barcelo Hotel Group hotels in the United Arab Emirates, host and organized the latest edition of the Management Development Program and the MED, ME and APAC Regional Committee meetings. All Area and General Managers attended a 2-day training course on effective communication. The sessions benefited from networking opportunities and team building activities to foster collaboration between colleagues and to adopt efficient conversations with guests, team members and peers. On November 13th and 14th, the Regional Committee MED, ME and Asia Pacific took place. José Canals, Chief Operating Officer, for the mentioned regions, lead the Committee meetings, which focused on the performance and financial situation of the hotels and on the 2025 budget, sales and marketing strategies and discussing the new development opportunities in the regions. All attendees enjoyed 4 days of Emirati hospitality and had the opportunity of discovering the newly rebranded Barceló Al Jaddaf that recently opened the B-Heaven by Barcelo, appreciated the luxurious welcome at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, valued the organization and gastronomy at Occidental Sharjah Grand and visited Barceló Residences Dubai Marina in an exclusive site inspection. During these days, all 4 hotels team members were honored to create an atmosphere of collaboration and well-being, demonstrating their commitment to excellence in every detail and Teamwork within the hotels in different Countries such as: UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, Jakarta, Maldives and Malta. #BarceloHotelGroup
