ECC, known for shaping the UAE’s skyline over the past five decades, is excited to announce the early completion and successful handover of the prestigious Shams Townhouses project at Plot No. C09, Town Square, Dubai, Al Qudra Road. ECC is proud to announce the successful handover of The Grand Bleu Tower at Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour — a stunning symbol of engineering excellence and modern luxury. ECC’s scope included the construction, completion, and maintenance of two towers: Tower 1, standing at 45 floors, and Tower 2, at 26 floors, both topped with steel roof structures. Spanning a built-up area of 151,600 m², the project seamlessly blends architectural sophistication with precision. Completed in just 35 months, the project achieved an impressive milestone of 12.7 million safe working hours without a single Lost Time Incident (LTI), reflecting ECC’s unwavering commitment to health and safety.
