Bitcoin and Ethereum were built for decentralization, not for centralised ETFs. Why does one even need ETFs for an asset class that is liquid and fractional. Holding crypto through an ETF hands control back to the intermediaries these currencies were designed to bypass. With wallets and secure custody options readily available, ETFs are unnecessary and go against the very principles of financial sovereignty. Crypto was made to empower individuals, not institutions. Why give that up?

The G20 Summit in Brazil highlighted three critical areas with significant global implications if carried out: 1) 2% Billionaire Tax: Brazil’s bold proposal to tax the ultra-wealthy raises complex questions about cross-border tax frameworks and global wealth redistribution. Despite opposition by Argentina, this proposal passed. 2) Climate Commitments: The focus on limiting warming to 1.5°C underscores the urgent need for legal frameworks that align national policies with international climate goals. COP24 was a deadlock, so perhaps this would be the break. 3) UN Security Council Reform: Calls for reform reflect a push for more inclusive global governance, signaling potential shifts in international law and policy. For the first time the UNSC and it's role in perpetuting war was openly discussed.
