Efficiency for sustainability: project SPHERE at HARTMANN  How can we optimize our global supply chain while reducing our environmental footprint? This was the key question behind project SPHERE, which HARTMANN has leveraged to ensure more sustainable logistics. By reducing transportation and storage costs while facilitating more direct distribution lines, we have achieved savings of 150,000 kilograms of CO₂ in just one year.    In one example, we have begun shipping products directly from Brück’s Logistics Center North (LCNE) to New Zealand. This eliminates an additional consolidation step in Herbrechtingen, along with 30 truck trips and 32,000 transport kilometers – a success for both sustainability and efficiency.    Find out more at: https://lnkd.in/gVPGahNG

What happens when a group of experienced leaders comes together to learn, share insights, and challenge each other? An incredible leadership event 🌟   At the beautiful Brno Dam, close to our production plants in Veverská Bítýška, Czech Republic, our “Dare to Lead” participants had a memorable experience. The group of experienced leaders met with the Managing Directors and the HR Director from our location in Czech Republic to dive deep into business challenges, leadership drivers, and future opportunities.   But learning didn’t stop there! From exploring our production facilities to tackling strategic projects, the days in Brno blended hands-on insights with meaningful connections.   Our “Dare to Lead” program is a transformational journey for experienced leaders, equipping them with advanced leadership skills to navigate challenges and drive meaningful change.
