WHAT MAKES OUR DONUTS SUPER? 🍩 HEROICALLY HANDMADE There's love in our donuts! One of the things that makes our donuts so good is the love that goes into them. Love only possible through the attentive nature of our entirely handmade process. The attention we put into ensuring our sourdough starter yeast is fermented to perfection, through to making all our glazes and fillings from scratch, all lead to a donut you can’t help but love. 🍩 EXTRAORIDNARILY ORIGINAL Iconic. Bold. Like all heroes! We aim for originality and perfection in the execution of our iconic donuts. The signature donuts on our menu are the result of graft and craft. Our chief bakers possess donut making superpowers and pour every ounce of their creativity into delivering the goods when it comes to daring donut perfection. 🍩 INCREDIBLE INGREDIENTS Jaw dropping! Mouth watering! We take as much pride in the originality of our donut flavours, as we do in the selection of our ingredients. Simply put, they are the finest and freshest you'll find in a donut! With an emphasis on working with local suppliers we've an opulent array of luxurious ingredients at our disposal - utilised to deliver the freshest, most iconic, delectable donuts. 🍩 OH! AND THE... DOUGH Putting the Oh! in the sourdough Our sourdough and the process in its creation is what puts the oh! in our donuts. Everything about our heroic donuts stand against the nemesis of pre-mixed commercial doughs dispensed straight into the fryer. The slow fermentation process of the sour dough ‘starter’ gives our donuts a spectacular flavour and texture. Airy but chewy – not only do they taste GOOD, but they are good for you too! Just like other fermented foods, sourdough is a gut-healing food, because it provides the body with beneficial bacteria. It is also more easily digested due to the fermented grain’s nutrients being more readily available for digestion. Super!
