This acquisition marks a significant milestone, making Aldar the sole UAE developer with commercial assets in both ADGM and DIFC. The 40-floor tower, set for completion in 2028, will offer premium commercial and retail spaces, designed by the acclaimed Herzog & de Meuron. This strategic move not only diversifies Aldar's portfolio but also meets the growing demand for high-quality office spaces in Dubai's financial hub.
