We are expanding our operations and seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that delivers innovative solutions to the region's key industries. Job Description: The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with the COO and will be responsible for driving business development in the oilfield equipment and hydraulic sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales expertise to communicate the value and functionality of our products to clients, while actively developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of given product portfolios. Effectively communicate technical specifications and benefits of engineering products to potential clients. Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process, including product specifications, and custom solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the oilfield and related industries. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure product offerings meet client needs. Achieve or exceed sales targets and earn attractive incentives based on sales volumes. Travel within the UAE for client meetings, site visits, and business development opportunities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in technical sales Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, lifting products, and oilfield equipment. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a simple and effective manner. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
