The Jigsaw Transformation Model is a step by step approach to achieve strategic and cultural transformation. It requires commitment, but is experiential and insightful, creating ‘aha’ moments to drive through positive behavioral change that will make a difference to performance, productivity and profitability. What makes the Jigsaw Discovery Tool unique amongst so many profiling tools based on the same theories? It is tactile, experiential, interactive and most importantly uses memorable and colorful characters to help learners identify their personal preferences. Based on the latest evidenced neuro-science, the Jigsaw Discovery Tool, challenges the “cradle to grave” approach taken by many similar tools and acknowledges the plasticity of the brain. Unlike traditional profiling tools, there are no questionnaires forcing people into either/ or choices. The Jigsaw Behavioural Framework recognizes that people can and do exhibit opposite behaviors, for example the way in which people behave at home is often very different from the way they behave at work. Jigsaw Discovery Experiences are a dynamic mix of activities, discussions and personal reflection, delivered as vitual or in person workshops, by certified Jigsaw Discovery Facilitators A Jigsaw Discovery Experience is available as facilitated Virtual / inperson workshops, delivered by our team of experienced and expert facilitators or it available under licence to on house training teams and Freelance consultants.

There are countless tools on the market when it comes to personality-based assessments. Let’s be real: many of these tools offer similar insights, just wrapped up in different packaging (and typically using the same earth-tone color schemes But here's what really matters when choosing the right tool for your team. Ask yourself these 3 questions: A) Are you focusing on behavior or personality? Most tools tend to lean heavily on personality, which is often considered fixed. But if you're looking for adaptability, shouldn’t you focus on behavior—something that can evolve and change in real-time? B) How is the data collected? Are you okay with relying on questionnaires that sometimes present you with an either/or decision? Often, these create dichotomies that don’t capture the full spectrum of behavior. C) What’s the immediate takeaway? How is the data presented back to participants? Is it a long report they have to dissect, or are they left with practical, immediate insights they can actually use to improve team dynamics? If these questions resonate, it might be time to explore tools that go beyond static reports and fixed categories. For me, it's all about tools that help teams adapt and thrive, not just understand who they are. This week, I attended the module on Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Behavior as part of the LEAP program. First and foremost, I want to thank Sharara Al Ali for her exceptional teaching and leadership throughout the workshop. She has guided us from the beginning of our LEAP journey, generously sharing her knowledge and insights. During this session, we learned a great deal about ourselves. We were given tools and techniques to understand our personalities and how to effectively interact with different personalities in the workplace. On a personal note, the session was truly eye-opening. For years, I believed I was more of an introvert. To my surprise, after engaging in in-depth discussions and self-reflection tests, I discovered I possess more extroverted traits than I realized. This realization was a bit shocking, as I had set boundaries for myself, justifying them by saying, “No, it’s because I’m an introvert.” But now, I feel more confident in myself and clearer about where I want to go. I encourage everyone to take the time to understand themselves and who they truly are.
