This strategic move, unveiled at last year's Future Investment Initiative, reaffirms our growth ambitions and market leadership in Saudi Arabia. As one of the first real estate consultancies to enter the Saudi market over a decade ago, this relocation marks a significant milestone and a new growth era for us. Along with our offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, our new HQ positions us to seize unprecedented opportunities in the Kingdom's transformation and contribute to Vision 2030's goals.   The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place yesterday to mark the inauguration of the new office. In attendance were Christian Ulbrich, CEO and President of JLL; Faddy Abdulrahman AlAql, Chief Asset Delivery Officer of KAFD DMC; James Allan, CEO of JLL Middle East and Africa (MEA); and Saud Al Sulaimani, Country Head of JLL Saudi Arabia. Dr. Matthew Marson, Managing Director of JLL's Technology Advisory EMEA, participated in the "Leadership Role in Construction's Digital Evolution" panel discussion at Big 5 Global's FutureTech Summit.

"The real estate supply chain is incredibly diverse, and as we focus on delivering real estate projects, we encounter emerging challenges in sustainability, technology (including AI), skilled labor, professional staff, contractor shortages, materials and more. According to JLL, the MENA region is seeing a significant increase in construction activity, with a 15% rise in project completions in 2024. Additionally, JLL reports that demand for logistics and industrial space in the region has grown by 10% year-over-year, driven by e-commerce and infrastructure development. To navigate these changes, we must enhance our supply chain management with a greater emphasis on collaboration, improved planning, and earlier engagement with stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers." Sean Doherty, Head of Program and Project Management MEA, Project & Development Services, shared his insights at Big 5 Global Leader's Summit on the topic "Optimizing the supply chain: Resource management in competitive condition".
