Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s overarching business strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors; Craft and implement a long-term vision and strategy to facilitate international growth and solidify leadership in existing markets; Identify new market opportunities and emerging industry trends; Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to customer service; Ensure alignment between the team’s efforts and the company’s mission and values; Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability; Manage P&L to ensure sustainable growth and profitability; Collaborate with the board to allocate resources effectively for strategic initiatives. Requirements: Demonstrated success as a CEO, COO, General Manager or senior leader in food retail or similar;  Proven experience in scaling businesses, particularly with international expansion;  Exceptional leadership skills with a customer-first mentality;  Strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities;  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Russian. On October 26th, we transformed Lifemart into a Halloween wonderland for our young customers!🎃 The day was filled with laughter and creativity as kids played games, got their faces painted, and carved their pumpkins in a fun masterclass. Our hosts, dressed as characters from Wednesday, made the event even more exciting. It was amazing to see all the kids in their costumes, enjoying the festivities.
