The MBRIF is a federal initiative conceived and launched by the UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF). The initiative seeks to identify and nurture high potential innovations both within the UAE and abroad. It aims to enhance growth potential of innovative businesses and shape the future of the UAEs economy. Currently, the MBRIF consists of two programs, these are: • Guarantee Scheme (launched 2016) • Innovation Accelerator (launched 2019) MBRIF focuses on the seven sectors of the UAE National Innovation Strategy: Space, Transport, Education, Technology, Water, Clean Energy and Health.

I’m thrilled to announce that Ennoventure, Inc. has successfully closed Series A funding round, raising $8.9 million! This milestone marks a significant step forward as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation in digital authentication technology and physical product security. A huge thank you to Tanglin Venture Partners and especially to Ravi Venkatesh, Sankalp Gupta, and Nitin Govindan. Tanglin’s belief in our vision and readiness to support technology innovation—especially when many VCs are cautious with early-stage tech in India—has been invaluable. A special mention goes to Nitin for his unwavering support throughout this journey. 🙏 I’m also deeply grateful to our existing investor, Fenice Investment Group, and especially Ahmad Chatila. Ahmad’s unwavering support and advice on capital efficiency have been transformative for us. His guidance on staying disciplined and resourceful paid rich dividends, particularly as we went to market to raise funds during this funding winter. Personally, my growth—from a corporate professional to the CEO of a startup that has successfully raised multiple rounds—is due to his mentorship. Ahmad Chatila, you’ve shaped not only Ennoventure but also the leader I am today 🫡 A huge thank you also goes to Anjali Kumar and Suhas H M. In the absence of a full-time finance head, they led the due diligence process with incredible dedication. In just 45 days, they coordinated across 10+ agencies and managed the FDD and LDD of four entities—a remarkable feat that speaks to their exceptional commitment.
