Meet our new Executive Director for MIMAR Emirates Viken Mahserejian. Viken has a 26-year career in Dubai’s Architecture & Planning industry and has spent the last 2 years in Bahrain. In 2024, Viken joined MIMAR as the Executive Director - UAE. With extensive experience in design, architecture, and management, Viken excels in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results across all stages of the creative process. He has successfully managed and completed projects for top developers such as Emaar, Eagle Hills, ICD, Wasl, Nakheel and Edama. Known for his energetic, optimistic, and collaborative personality, Viken is passionate about culturally considerate design solutions. His management philosophy centers on fostering a strong, positive studio environment, where individualized attention helps each team member reach their full potential.
