Brand Distribution Manager
ROLE SUMMARY
The brand Distribution Manager position involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective brand visibility, market expansion, and revenue growth. globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distribution Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies for Own Brand products in alignment with the company's commercial objectives.
· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
· Ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
2. Channel Management:
· Identify and evaluate potential distribution channels, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and institutional.
· Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other partners to expand market reach.
· Negotiate agreements and contracts with distribution partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
3. Market Penetration and Expansion:
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand penetration and expansion in existing and new markets.
· Develop and implement strategies.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust distribution strategies accordingly.
4. Brand Representation:
· Ensure consistent brand representation across all distribution channels and geographic regions.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
5. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
· Track and analyze distribution performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and distribution costs.
· Provide regular reports and insights to the Commercial Director on distribution performance and market trends.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align distribution activities with overall business objectives.
· Ensure new products are effectively integrated into distribution channels.
· Lead some co-packing projects to expand the brand portfolio.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in distribution management, preferably within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
· Strong understanding of distribution channels, logistics, and supply chain management.
Preferred Skills:
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
· Strategic thinking with a focus on results and growth.
· Familiarity with international distribution networks and regulations.
· Proven experience in distribution management in GCC Markets , mainly UAE and KSA is mandatory.
· Related experience to Evap Milk and Sterilized Cream is a plus.
· SAP knowledge is a plus.
