Job Title: Real Estate Management Assistant Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Oxford Homes Real Estate LLC Job Description: Oxford Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Management Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, including familiarity with the DLD (Dubai Land Department) portals, recruitment processes, and basic finance operations. The role requires strong time management skills to optimize the daily operations of the company and ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including preparing and managing property documents and contracts. DLD & Compliance Management: Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all necessary procedures and requirements. Manage and update property records in CRM systems and relevant DLD portals. Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on various job portals, conducting first-level CV screening, and coordinating interview schedules. Time & Calendar Management: Optimize the management team’s schedules, ensuring that deadlines and commitments are met while prioritizing tasks effectively. File & Documentation Management: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client, employee, and property documentation. Finance Support: Assist with basic finance tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing payment requests, and ensuring timely submission of invoices. Client & Partner Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and other partners to facilitate smooth real estate transactions. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the real estate or property management sector in Dubai. Proficiency with DLD portals and other Dubai real estate regulatory platforms. Experience in recruitment activities, including using job portals and first-level CV screening. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is required (Arabic is a plus). High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
