#Urgent Hiring Position - Estimator Job Location - Al Ain Key Responsibilities: ·        Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. ·        Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. ·        Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. ·        Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. ·        Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. ·        Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. ·        Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data. ·        Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications. ·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ·        Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project. ·        Estimate costs by looking at the entire project. ·        Present cost estimates to Head Management. ·        Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project. ·        Input cost data into company database. ·        Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE Experience as an estimator in the fitout industry. Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of current building codes and regulations.
