This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Understand clients' business objectives and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with their goals. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, PPC, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications: Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically, manage multiple projects, and solve problems efficiently. Edit raw footage into engaging and visually compelling videos that capture attention and drive engagement. Utilize industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) for professional results. Apply color grading and color correction techniques to enhance the visual appeal of videos. Integrate sound design elements (music, sound effects, voiceovers) to elevate the overall video experience. Edit videos in various aspect ratios (16:9, 4:3, 9:16) for optimal viewing across different platforms. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets adhered to. Utilize high-resolution file transfer applications for efficient delivery of final video assets. Understand common video encoding formats (MP4, H.264) and their suitability for various distribution channels. Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and social media content formats. Qualifications: Have at least 2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphic design role at a web design/marketing/advertising agency. Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Preferably experienced in animations and vfx Ability to create high-quality and engaging content. Full-time availability to work at our company office.
