Dubai real estate set for strategic growth through 2025, say experts Dubai’s real estate sector will move beyond record-setting transactions and luxury developments in 2025, with market momentum shifting from sheer scale to intelligent, strategic growth, industry experts predicted. The emirate is also projected to see new hubs like Dubai South and infrastructure-linked districts leading the way, while ultra-luxury developments continue to set unmatched global standards for design, technology, and exclusivity. “The defining story of 2025 will be shaped by policies that bring equilibrium to supply and demand, expand affordable housing options, and embed sustainability at the heart of development,” Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties, told Arabian Business. “Dubai’s leadership has shown an unparalleled ability to anticipate market needs. Total sales transaction values reached AED 30.53 billion, with 12,543 sales transaction volume, showcasing continued confidence in Dubai’s dynamic property sector. While November recorded a year-on-year moderation in activity, key segments such as apartments and off-plan properties remained robust. Apartments accounted for 10,552 sales transactions and a total sales value of AED 19.27 billion, reaffirming their dominance in the market. The off-plan sector saw 7,537 sales transactions, contributing AED 15.84 billion, reflecting sustained buyer confidence in new developments. Dubai’s population of 3.8 million is on track to reach 7.8 million by 2040, fueling long-term demand for diverse housing solutions. Emerging areas such as Dubai South and Expo City are gaining traction due to strategic locations and competitive pricing.
