2024 has been an incredible year for Tabreed, full of achievements and milestones that we’re proud of. To celebrate these successes, we gathered at our Employee Forum on 12 December, bringing the Tabreed family together for an evening of recognition, celebration and unforgettable moments.   Our Chairman, Dr. Bakheet Al Katheeri, and CEO, Khalid Al Marzooqi, delivered inspiring speeches that highlighted the dedication and hard work of our people – our greatest asset.   During the event, we got to honour the ‘best of the best’ at our Tamayuz Annual Awards and celebrated our long-service employees for their constant commitment to Tabreed's journey. And what’s an event without a little fun? We also had team-building activities and competitions, encouraging collaboration and creativity.   As we wrap up this eventful year, our people are excited to continue this momentum, charging into 2025 with the same energy and passion that has fueled our success.

We are proud to share that Tabreed has been recognised at the prestigious 2024 MEIRA IR Awards presented by the Middle East Investor Relations Association. Tabreed won Best ESG & Sustainability Report in the Middle East – Mid-Cap, which is a testament to our efforts in sustainability and responsible business practices. We were also awarded with 2nd place for Most Improved IR Programme for the GCC. Effective Investor Relations (IR) is paramount to the success of any publicly listed company and, at Tabreed, we always go the extra mile when it comes to interacting with our stakeholders. For two days this week Tabreed has been a major supporter of the second annual RAK Energy Summit, hosted by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department as ‘Sustainable Cooling Partner’.   Our company has been operating in the Northern Emirates for many years now, providing sustainable cooling that’s essential for economic and societal development. Yet we know there’s much more to be done and this was a golden opportunity to directly engage with the movers and shakers in Ras Al Khaimah, and other emirates, to inform and be informed. Frank and transparent discussions, exchanges of ideas and a meeting of minds – that’s what we all hoped for and that’s exactly what happened.   During the summit, Philippe Coquelle, Tabreed's Chief Development Officer, delivered a detailed address, followed by a panel discussion featuring VP for Business Development in the Middle East, Mayur Nikam and a high-level round table including senior representatives from government entities and key players in RAK.   Entirely rewarding on multiple levels, events such as this are crucial for the ongoing development of the UAE. With increased adoption of district cooling, we can help ensure it’s in line with this great nation’s ambitious sustainability goals.
