Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Designer with 1-2 years of experience to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our projects. As a Creative Designer at Tezon, you will collaborate with our development and marketing teams to create visually appealing designs that align with our clients' goals and brand identity. Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, including website design, mobile applications, digital marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for various digital platforms.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and enhance the visual style and brand identity of clients through consistent and cohesive design work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas and develop creative strategies.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
• Provide support in creating promotional materials, presentations, and other design-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print work.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to the table.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in working with IT or Digital Marketing companies.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
