It was an absolute pleasure and honor to work with DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION on the World’s Biggest Prompt Engineering Championship, which concluded earlier this week in Dubai. The competition started with over a thousand participants online and culminated with the top 30 competing in person at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future. Our team at Uktob.ai was privileged to be selected as the delivery partner, developing the platform that powered this groundbreaking event. The championship was graced by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, HE Omar Sultan AlOlama, and other distinguished guests, underscoring Dubai’s commitment to AI innovation. Earlier this year, the UAE introduced a visionary blueprint requiring every government entity to appoint a Chief AI Officer and plans to train 1 million prompters. There has never been a better time to build, especially in MENA, and particularly within the UAE’s forward-thinking ecosystem. Having been deeply involved in the AI space over the last decade, from building brain-computer interface to record dreams during sleep and enabling users to silently communicate, to now building Uktob.ai with Emad Ayyad, I've been fortunate to have a front-row seat to witness these rapid advancements and learn a lot. Generative AI was a stepping stone. We're now entering a new wave that will have a truly unprecedented impact on our lives, and it's happening faster than most people realize. 🚀 It’s crucial that we openly discuss the challenges, risks, and ethical implications.
