So drumroll: Firstly, Gowthaman Moorthy joins as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with 4 years of experience in Civil + Infrastructure projects in the UAE, Sri Lanka + Australia. He will support the Measurement Studio on CostX delivery of Hospitality and Residential developments. Joining as a Project Quantity Surveyor we have Janice Macavinta, who has over 13 years of experience in Quantity Surveying + Contract Administration, having started her career as a Civil Engineer. She is deployed straight into Commercial Tender Services for a 16-tower master development in the UAE. We then are pleased to further strengthen our growing Cost Management MEP team in the UAE with Rajasekaran Selvam, who brings a wealth of experience having delivered MEP solutions for Developers, Contractors and Consultancies on iconic projects such as NEOM Trojena. Another joining our dedicated Measurement Studio in Dubai is Shanila Hendalage, with over 14 years of experience in Oman and Sri Lanka, but very familiar with the UAE market where she has delivered services on Data Center's, Residential High-Rises and much more. Chartered Quantity Surveyor Pratish Kulshrestha MRICS comes back to the region, as a Project Quantity Surveyor, after previously working in the UAE and Oman. He will be supporting the project leads on Cost Estimating and Cost Planning services. Strengthening our Post Contract Cost Management team is @Usman Thingalady, a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor, looking forward to leading one of our portfolio of Residential Tower developments in Dubai. We also welcom Yohan Silva, who is taking a step up in their career working with the 10-strong MEP team in our HQ. He will be supporting predominately our Residential portfolio, where we are currently delivering regionally over 40 Nr towers! Pathum Karunathilaka joins as Quantity Surveyor. He has both Pre and Post Contract experience across Civil + Infrastructure projects, making his versatility invaluable to a business growing so rapidly as UN!Q. UN!Qs mandate to only employing the best and most qualified talent, where you must be MRICS to attain a designation of Senior Quantity Surveyor or above within this RICS-regulated Firm. So, we are pleased to welcome to the Post Contract team Uditha Mapa B.Sc.(QS), MRICS, MAIQS, AIQSSL, who has worked previously across the GCC and his native Sri Lanka on many high-profile projects. Last but by no means least, Abeir Elbanna joins as an Associate - Cost Management.
